- When will I receive my subscriptions?
Your order will be processed as soon as it is received. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published and when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher. In general, you can expect to receive your first issue in 4 to 12 weeks. Weekly subscriptions generally take 4 to 10 weeks. Monthly subscriptions generally take 8 to 12 weeks to start. Be assured that these are standard industry lead times.

- What do I do if I need to renew my existing subscription?
On the product page you will see "Type of Subscription" with a drop down menu with the choices of New Subscription or Renewal. All you need to do is chose the correct one. Some magazines are only available for new subscribers and will not have the renewal option.

- How do I subscribe for more than one year?
You enter the number of years that you want to subscribe in the "Qty" box in the shopping cart screen. After you enter the number please make sure to click the "Update cart" button before checking out. All magazines list how many years are available. You can only order for that many years so please do not try and order more as it could delay your order.

- Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Since we remit all fees directly to the publishers and clearing houses at the time of your order, we are unable to refund any magazine order purchases. However, if there is a problem with your order and you do not receive your magazine, we will gladly refund or credit your magazine subscription cost.

- What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and echecks through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create one at no charge during your purchase. The process isquite simple and takes only a few minutes. You may also make arrangements to pay by check if you preferplease contact us for instructions on how to do this. Be aware that no magazine orders will be processed until payment is received.

on our site are inclusive of all mailing and handling costs. There
is no additional charge for delivery unless otherwise noted.
